OK WOW, DEAD BLOG LMAO. I know its been a while, like a long while since I posted anything, well thats because of 2 main reasons first one, of course, I am lazy and good at procrastination and the second one is because no one reads my blog but hey I am not complaining or anything (of course I am, go read my other posts idiots).

Apart from all the bullshit I was really busy I had to shortlist my MS universities and i had to apply for the shortlisted ones, I had to prepare for my GRE and IELTS and then I had to finish my final year project and KUDOS to me I finished all these things without complaining at all, so I am back to write more posts.

So What exactly is Balorant

So valorant is a stress generator and a toxic machine, where you input peace and time and then valorant outputs stress and pain. First things first, for people saying it is a clone of CS:GO I have only one thing to say to you guys so let me get one thing straight here, you dont go to a random person on earth and say that the person is a copy of you cause he/she is a human and has eyes and ears and legs and other things,if you do that then you are a retard who’s life is pretty much useless, the same goes with CS:GO and VALORANT. It is true that valorant gets its inspiration from CS:GO but come on seriously you cant rule it out by saying its a copy of CS:GO, cause its not.

Valorant, just like CS:GO has some good maps and some bad maps and its a 5v5 PVP FPS shooter (for noobs who dont understand PvP and FPS just google it idiots). So there are like 2 spawns one for the bomb planters(ATTACKERS) and the other spawn for the bomb diffusers(DEFENDERS) and attackers plant the bomb and well guess what defenders do? they just sit and watch attackers plant the bomb aint it dumas LOL JK defenders of course stop attackers from planting the bomb or diffuse the bomb if its already planted.

Whoa this game sounds EASY, its easy if you have’nt played it yet noob. Honestly speaking valorant is one of the toughest games that I have ever played, CS:GO is much more easier when compared to Valorant (now dont hate me for saying that cause even shroud agrees with me, HA HA HA, its true).

Whats so difficult about this game then?

The game mechanics , the maps, the agents and THE FREAKING CORNERS WHICH WE ALWAYS FORGET TO CHECK, everything about this game is hard,you need a lot of practice and good aim in order to be good at the game. Lets talk about the agents in the game, which CS:GO does’nt have.

All the agents are classified into different categories namely DUELISTS, INITIATORS, CONTROLLERS AND SENTINELS.

• Duelists: these agents are the ones that play an important role in getting more kills, you ask why? well they are better equipped than other classes to get more kills but this is not always true, it also depends on the aim and IQ that the player has.

• Initiators: Initiators excel at gathering information and controlling the movements of opponents through the use of their abilities. There are four Initiators in VALORANT: Sova; Skye; Breach and KAY/O. Sova and Skye rely on their abilities to perform reconnaissance in an area while Breach and KAY/O specialise in disrupting enemies in their path through the use of their crowd control abilities.s Sova’s and Skye’s abilities allow for them to recon areas of the map where the opponents may be contesting and convey this information to their team. Breach and KAY/O on the other hand use their abilities to flush out and disrupt opponents in hard to reach locations from relative safety.While Initiators are in a category of their own, they could easily perform the defensive playstyle of a Sentinel and Controller, or take a more proactive role like a Duelist.

• Controllers: Controllers are experts at controlling the battlefield by the use of smoke screens. Their abilities aim to disrupt their opponents’ sightlines whilst providing cover for teammates as they take control of an area. There are currently four controllers in VALORANT: Astra; Brimstone; Omen; and Viper. As mentioned previously, the primary responsibility for Controllers is the ability to control sightlines on a map, this is important in VALORANT because it narrows down the possibilities an enemy has to engage a teammate from a favourable position. Controllers such as Viper and Brimstone will typically use their abilities prior to a team executing a strategy on a bombsite, following the Duelists on their team as a Secondary Entry Fragger once they’ve used their smoke screens. Alternatively, Controllers can act as Lurkers, who are responsible for guarding against enemy flanks or performing a flank of their own. The agent known as ‘Omen’ is a proficient Lurker with an ultimate ability that allows him to teleport to any location on the map, making him particularly deadly when infiltrating the backlines of the enemy.

• Sentinels: Sentinels are defensive experts that have abilities that manipulate the battlefield, lock-down areas of contention and provide utility such as healing. There are currently three Sentinels in VALORANT: Cypher; Killjoy; and Sage.

So there,already scared and overwhelmed with information right, well we still have’nt touched the recoil patterns of guns and maps and abilities of the agents yet. I am not gonna talk about all that cause its already present on riot’s website and here is the link for that.

I am just gonna share my experience and thoughts on the game.

My Experience with the game

The game is definitely a change of pace from CS:GO and other FPS shooters out there, its fun, the game mechanics are great the graphics are not too shabby and are decent for an FPS shooter. Its the community that sucks mainly the Indian community. I have been playing this game since the beta release and I have reached to ranks as high as platinum 2 and I have over 250 hours of game time but recently I stopped playing valorant mainly because of the increasing toxicity in the game especially in competitive matches, in unrated its fine. Indian players are soooo toxic that sometimes you want to leave the game halfway but due to the banning restrictions by riot you have to stick till the end of the match, you can still mute all the text and voice communications but sometimes the calls are really important in clutch situations.Most of the Indian players they just create new accounts and bully new players in the bronze and iron lobbies, thats because these guys cannot cope up with players in the plat and diamond lobbies, NOOOOBS.But Hey, the game is still pretty fun to play when you have a full squad with you, and always have a full pre-defined squad in order to play and communicate better. What makes the game even harder is as you keep climbing ranks you keeping getting matched with tough players from the same ranks and believe me once you get to diamond its one hell of a ride. The game gets really addicting when you start winning matches and getting kills and once you hit that sweet spot its really difficult to get off from there. I still play valorant sometimes tho just not a lot compared to earlier its the clutch situations that make me play the game again.
